Processing Times

  • Ready to Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Because each item is meticulously handcrafted, custom creations require 5–10 weeks processing time prior to shipping.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Ruby Feathers is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@rubyfeathers.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
